Here at Alan P. Fulton Artisan & Goldsmith we have in stock and on approval, from one of my diamond dealers, a number of coloured diamonds. Many people are not aware that natural diamonds are found in many colours of differing tones and shades and not just as the very much more commonly occurring white diamonds. These naturally occurring coloured diamonds are many, MANY times the price of the equivalent in a white diamond.

The coloured diamonds I presently hold have been through a process which has coloured them. This process is similar to that which coloured the very rare natural diamonds, thousands of miles down in the earth’s mantle, billions of years ago.

As a purist at heart by stocking, or having on approval, these treated diamonds, I feel it offers the opportunity for the general person to own something unusual, stunningly beautiful and which is still quite rare, at an affordable price.

So, if you have a special birthday or anniversary this year, or indeed, wish to cheer yourself up after an Annus Horribilis in 2020, consider the possibility of having a special piece made with a beautiful and somewhat rare coloured diamond.

As I need to discuss what would be required to mount and make any of these into a beautiful piece, the prices will be on application.
