Initial enquiry

We ask that all enquires are made preferably by telephoning +44 (0) 1355 302960, emailing or by filling in the contact form below establishing the nature and subject of enquiry, and if a consultation appointment is required.

All consultations require an appointment

Due to the personal nature and structure of our business all consultations need to be by appointment.

Enquiries from distance or International

For those contacting from distance or Internationally we have procedures in place to accommodate. By contacting Alan personally either by email or phone, these can be adapted to each individual client’s circumstances.

The Initial Consultation

At and during the initial consultation we will discuss, in depth, with each client their wishes and requirements. If at this stage you wish to proceed a non refundable deposit will be taken.

If however, stones are required to be sourced, this will be done and a further consultation appointment made to view loose stones.

Once proceeded an estimated timescale is projected for completion.

On Completion

Once completed and before uplift or despatch the balance must be paid in full. Again, payments by BACS, Debit / Credit card or Cash. Cheques are not accepted.
