Before A base metal heart shaped pendant with central ‘e’ shaped swirl set with paste stones and a Greek Orthodox style cross set with white sapphires.
After A copy of the original pendant in 18ct. yellow gold with the white sapphires from the cross pave’ set in the central ‘e’ swirl.
The Greek Orthodox style cross was bought by the clients late husband in Cyprus and she wanted something made from it that she could wear more regularly.
