Deposits are refundable up to and including 7 days from payment. Refunds can only be paid to the card used originally to pay the deposit. Items requested to be mailed or shipped must be paid in full prior to posting and will incur a minimum delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT. Items being mailed will be sent by a secure signed for method. Returns on mailed items is limited to 48 hours. Any issue with a mailed item has to be notified to us within 48 hours of the package being signed for. These are sale items and once they are collected they cannot be returned.

COVID-19 UPDATE

The COVID-19 delivery system is currently as such that nothing is signed for – the post office and couriers take scanned copies of what they are putting through the letter box or delivering by hand in order to identify delivery.

If picking an item up from the studio:

  1. On entry masks must be worn.
  2. Hand sanitiser supplied to be used at the door.
  3. We are fully GDPR compliant.
  4. Throughout your visit sanitiser will be available for your use.
  5. On leaving please use the sanitiser at the door.
  6. Be assured all equipment, table, seating and card terminal will be sanitised after each client’s departure.

We ask all clients to please adhere to these practices and help keep us all safe and the Covid-19 infection numbers down.
