Due to our continued success with designing and hand crafting our own original items, in 2019 we are looking to go totally bespoke.
To this end we are clearing all shop stock presently held. All are now reduced to less than what they cost including the VAT.
Most are one-off pieces and cannot be repeated: Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Although we are approaching Christmas I am also looking at those who may have a wedding, special birthday or special anniversary next year, so, to those who have, please consider these items.
To secure we would require a deposit of 25% which can be taken over the phone or by BACS payment. The item will be held for 7 days to either allow pick-up or for you to view. If within the 7 days you view and do not want the item a full refund of the deposit will be paid. If you wish us still to hold for you out with the 7 days a further 10% deposit will be taken. The item can then be paid up over a few months, terms of which can be agreed at that time.

Deposits are refundable up to and including 7 days from payment. Refunds can only be paid to the card used originally to pay the deposit. Items requested to be mailed or shipped must be paid in full prior to posting and will incur a minimum delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT. Items being mailed will be sent by a secure signed for method. Returns on mailed items is limited to 48 hours. Any issue with a mailed item has to be notified to us within 48 hours of the package being signed for. These are sale items and once they are collected they cannot be returned.
