The unit known as ‘Carat’ and my USP

Did you know that the unit, known as carat, that we use to quantify and sell diamonds is not a measurement but a weight. It derives its name from the seeds of a carob tree known as catti in ancient India and it was the ancient Indians in Asia that were the first to know diamonds and sell them by weighing on balance scales against these seeds. 1carat is 1/5th of a gram.

My USP – I personally take the customer from concept of idea, through the design, to the finished, hand crafted item  – no other person is involved in the hand made products which is somewhat unusual.

With over 35 years experience, a number of awards and numerous customer driven nominations for awards, you know you can commission me with confidence.
